Between “Full Day of Eating” videos and “Meal Prep Monday” I am always in the kitchen trying to come up with new, macro friendly recipes. I am NOT a “dieter” and you will never see me trying to eat as low calorie as possible. The majority of my intake consists of whole, nutrient dense foods (lots of lean meats, veggies, complex and simple carbs, fats, etc) but I never leave out the fun stuff!

I believe in a truly flexible lifestyle, where 80-90% of my meals consist of the above, but I also leave room for some of my favorite things (Reeses cups, Halo Top icecream, pancakes) so I never feel deprived. My food is real, my food is filling, and I always make sure to create recipes that way as well.
